Comedy musical returns to school

THE people of Helidon are doing their bit to bring some joy and happiness into the lives of the people of the Lockyer Valley.

Producer of a new musical, Catherine Gilson said after the recent trauma, it is time to sit back and enjoy some entertainment.

The comedy musical “School of Love,” on February 27 at 7.30pm at 64 Railway Street, Helidon.

“The cast of 60 actors, singers and dancers, supported by the costume makers, scene painters and script writers, have been working long hours to make sure this will be our best show ever,” Ms Gilson said.

This is the eighth annual production, which is presented by Cultural Star Gazers and Tabletop Junior Art and Craft Club Inc.

Hot food and cold drink will be on sale during the evening.
