Collision with parked van sparked fatal crash at Yatala

A PASSENGER in a sedan has been killed after a three vehicle traffic crash on the Pacific Motorway at Yatala on Wednesday night.

Early information suggests at around 8.45pm a small bus was parked on the Northbound side of the Motorway.

A sedan heading north has collided with the rear of the parked bus and then with another northbound car.

The passenger of the sedan sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.

The drivers of the sedan and of the third vehicle were transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police investigations continue.
