THE graduates of Clifford Park Special School have celebrated the end of their schooling in style.
Clifford Park Special School principal Corina Searchfield said the formal on Wednesday night, held at Clifford Park, was fantastic.
"The arrivals were spectacular, someone arrived in a truck and there were beautiful cars, beautiful dresses and suits," Ms Searchfield said.
"There were individual presentations to every student and a celebration with photos of their time at Clifford Park."
Ms Searchfield said 18 students had graduated and all those had either found work in open employment, supported employment or had gone to a disability service provider.
The school captains made a speech during the night and the school also recognised each of the students' achievements, which included things like work experience.
"It was a great way to celebrate," Ms Searchfield said.
"Our formal is actually a bit different.
"We have whole families and friends attend.
"It's a community event. It makes it more special and personal."
