Chris Pratt's NSFW blooper on the Ellen show

AS OF right now, it seems like there's nothing Chris Pratt can't do.

His new movie Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is killing it at the box office, his Instagram is hilarious and he and his wife Anna Faris seem to have one of the best relationships in Hollywood.

Despite all that, it appears there is one thing Chris Pratt is absolutely terrible at - playing the usually incredibly innocent game Speak Out.

The Passengers actor headed to Ellen this week and opted to play the peculiar game as a tribute to his mum for Mother's Day.

While most celebrities openly cringe at playing a game that requires them to put the creepy dentist contraption in their mouth, Pratt was incredibly keen to play.

But, little did the actor know, he was about to place himself in one of the most awkward and hilarious situations ever to be seen on daytime TV.

The aim of Speak Out, after placing the contraption in your mouth, is to say the difficult phrases clearly so the other person can guess exactly what you're saying.

And, the two seemed to get off to a flying start with DeGeneres immediately guessing Pratt's first phrase "Where did you place the parakeet?"

"Not bad Ellen DeGeneres," Pratt managed to say.

However, when it came to Pratt attempting to say the third phrase "I'm gonna bump you", that's when Ellen's family friendly, daytime talk show took a turn for the worse.

In a low, sultry voice, Pratt turns to Ellen and says that phrase.

The only problem - it definitely didn't sound like "I'm gonna bump you".

As the pair struggled through laughter, Pratt admitted, "That really did sound bad".

All Ellen could reply with was "wow".

"That does not sound good," she added.

Pratt then tried to explain the word bump by singing the Black Eyed Peas hit My Humps and using his hands to illustrate a pregnant belly, which, obviously didn't help the situation at all.

DeGeneres tweeted the video yesterday, captioning it "@PrattPrattPratt played Speak Out and nearly got me kicked off daytime television".
