HUTCHINSON Builders have been celebrating their 105th birthday across the country and last week it was the Sunshine Coast's chance to shine.

The Hutchinson office based on the Sunshine Coast celebrated in style at the new Youi offices at Sippy Downs that are due for completion in late November.

Guests included Jack Hutchinson Snr, Scott Hutchinson, Greg Quinn and Mayor Mark Jamiseon

The evening served as a thank you for the year as well some great projects as seen at the 2017 Master Builders Queensland Housing and Construction Awards.

Youi estimates the project to build its new global headquarters will cost $80-$100 million.

The remainder of the development is scheduled to be built over 10 years.
