UPDATE: Police investigations are continuing into how a 44-year-old man died at Glendon Camping Ground outside Warwick yesterday afternoon.

The man had reportedly fallen from a motorbike earlier in the day and while there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the man's death, police are yet to determine whether the death was accidental or from natural causes.

There were also reports that the man had been unwell prior to his death.

A post-mortem will be carried out during the week to further examine the cause of the man's death.

BREAKING: A man has died at the Glendon Camping Ground outside Warwick this afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the scene at Thane about 2.40pm after reports a man had been found unconscious.

The man was later pronounced dead.

Police are investigating.

Glendon Camping Grounds, nestled along Thanes Creek, is located 38km west of Warwick on the Cunningham Hwy.

It is a popular destination for 4WD enthusiasts, gold panning, swimming and fishing.
