Big crowd visits Gatton's over-50s expo

MS DALE Ann Dowden, 70, says she is happy she attended the Over-50s Lifestyle Expo.

"There is so many services I learnt about that I didn't know existed,” she said.

"I'm from Chicago and the health services are much better in Australia than America.”

Treasurer of Lockyer Community Centre and Expo co-ordinator Linda Roberts said the Over-50s Lifestyle Expo should be back next year.

"It was a great turnout and feedback has been really good,” she said.

"The highlight is the accessibility for older people.

"They can come to one event and access a lot of relevant information.”
