Aviation community to gather for Terry Kronk memorial
EMU Gully will host a memorial service for Terry Kronk, co-founder of the Emu Gully Air and Land Spectacular and passionate aviation enthusiast.
Mr Kronk died on November 3 when his hand-built P51 Mustang crashed shortly after takeoff.
The memorial service will be at 11am this Saturday.
It will be marked by the unveiling of a plaque in his honour, and a 'missing man' flyover formation will be performed overhead by his colleagues in the aviation as a tribute to the contribution he made to the industry in Queensland.
Attendees will include the Queensland aviation community, members of the Emu Gully Adventure Education Group and the Air and Land Spectacular, family and friends.
Mr Kronk's funeral will be held at Hume Ridge Church of Christ on Friday
