Anti-glare is just one of the many advantages

IT'S HARD to appreciate the advantage of having an anti-glare screen protector for your phone until you've installed one.

Not having to deal with glare is an obvious upside, but it's the ability, in the case of Moshi's iVisor AG offering, to remove it, clean it, and avoid gunking your screen with an ongoing collection of smudges.

An odd bonus is the guarantee that the iVisor can be applied without bubbles forming between the screen and the protector, which despite my well-documented incompetence when using my hands, turns out to be a safe bet. With very little effort it's possible to get the iVisor to line up and stick to the front of your phone with no bubbles.

If I had one gripe with the cover it's that if you look closely you can see an odd scattering effect similar to the kind you see when you get water on a screen. I'm not sure why, but the effect isn't noticeable once your eyes adjust.

Moshi's iVisor is an attractive, unobtrusive addition to your phone, and if you've forked out $400 for your phone, $25 to keep it clean and intact is well worth it.

Price: $24.99 for iPhone 5/5c/5s (varies for other varieties of phone)
