Justin Bieber has taken out the not so prestigious prize of celebrity `Pain In The Butt' in the annual FIX Awards.

The Canadian pop-tween was named the clear winner in the fun-poking poll on the FIX entertainment website, ahead of Lindsay Lohan, Miley Cyrus and Bindi Irwin.

Prime Minister Julia Gillard was voted Australia's biggest bogan, and more than half of voters thought DJs Hamish and Andy should run the country instead.

More than 65,000 people voiced their opinions in the online celebrity awards send-up, now in its second year.

Other winners included Isla Fisher in the 'Hottest Ginge' category, Tiger Woods as 'Scuzziest Love Rat' and Katy Perry for the 'Most Distracting Rack'.
