IS Fernvale ready for its own cricket club?
Somerset Regional Council will be hosting a community cricket day for the whole family.
If you love cricket and want to see it thrive in the Fernvale area, it’s time to show your support.
Following a skills development session, a Twenty20 cricket match will take place.
With the kids having had their go from 10am to 11am, the Twenty20 match will be open to mums and dads or other would-be cricket champions of the community.
Queensland Cricket will be in attendance to officiate, coach and also boost team numbers if required.
It will be at Stumer Park in Fernvale on Sunday, March 7 from 10am to 3pm.
For further information about this event contact Scott Aurisch from Somerset Regional Council on 5424 4000 or email him at saurisch@somerset.qld.gov.au
