Grantham man charged with fraud

 

 

Police have charged a 43-year-old Grantham man with one count of fraud after an investigation concluded yesterday.

It is alleged a man made fraudulent applications in 2011 to The Premier's Disaster Relief Fund and Natural Disaster Relief and Recovery Assistance arrangements.

The man is due to appear in Gatton Magistrates Court on May 27.

Anyone with information which could assist police with their investigations should contact Crime Stoppers anonymously via 1800 333 000 or crimestoppers.com.au 24hrs a day.

Crime Stoppers is a charitable community volunteer organisation working in partnership with the Queensland Police Service.
