HAZARD-HUNGRY acrobats have been searching high and low for Toowoomba's most perilous launching pads.

Life and limb be damned - this is parkour.

A group of urban acrobats calling themselves the Toowoomba Parkour Crew have compiled a YouTube video of their most daring exploits.

The show reel includes video clips taken all over the city from the ever-popular Queens Park and skate bowls to local gyms.

Reactions to the video have all been positive, though one poster's compliment was garnished with a warning.

"Good job, too bad I broke my arm," he said.

Dakota Perry, 14, and Jamie Lawson, 16, are the athletes behind the video.

"We'd been doing gymnastics for a while and got a bit bored with it," Dakota said.

"Flipping is just really fun," Jamie added.

"We've had a few injuries - twisted ankles and hurt backs - but nothing too serious."
