ORGANISERS of the 14th Annual Brisbane Valley Multicultural Festival were overjoyed with the positive response to the event which continues to grow each year.

Event organiser Desiree Mahoney said there had been positive feedback from everyone who attended the event, which was estimated to be upwards of 2000 throughout the day, while the day commenced with the main street packed with people to watch the main parade.

"This is the best ever festival we've had," she said.

Around 70 stalls catered to every whim, with service groups the main beneficiaries from the many food stalls located throughout the festival.
