Annual General Meeting is to be held on Tuesday 28th May 2013 at 6:00 pm at St Patricks Bingo Hall, Neil Street, Toowoomba. At the Annual General Meeting elections will be conducted to fill the positions on the Committee. Executive roles will be decided by the members on the night. Nomination for Committee Member positions will be taken at the meeting. Please note that members must be paid up as financial members to be eligible to vote and to nominate for a position on the Committee. Membership of $2.20 must be paid at BB Whitehouse Accountants, 53 James Street, Toowoomba off McKenzie Street by 4:00 pm on the 27th of May 2013.
